Terra Engineering and Land Solutions, PC is a homegrown engineering and surveying company established by Steve Driver in 2003. Our office in Stuarts Draft opened its doors in 2005 and offers civil engineering and land surveying services across the Commonwealth of Virginia. We take pride in utilizing technology and design practices that help maintain a healthy and thriving environment for future generations.

Steven L. Driver, PE, LS

Steve has been in the civil engineering and land surveying fields for over 39 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Virginia Tech. He also received a VAS scholarship for credits towards his surveyor's license. Steve is the owner and principle civil engineer and land surveyor.

Anthony Eshleman, CAD

Anthony earned his Associate of Arts in music and Biblical studies from Rosedale Bible College. He also had drafting courses at Piedmont Virginia Community College. Anthony has been with Terra Engineering for over 6 years and has over 8 years of experience in civil drafting, mechanical drafting and survey work.

Joseph Driver

Joe started working for Terra Engineering in 2003. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration from Bridgewater College and is working on his Master of Arts in Bible Exposition at Northland International University. Joe gives leadership to the survey crew and business administration.
